Stickers
Are your stickers water resistant?
Yes, they will hold up against water and regular daily use.
When will you restock sold out stickers?
I will generally restock on a bi-weekly basis. I post updates on Instagram so feel free to follow me there for new items or restocking news.
Can you make custom stickers?
I do not offer services for custom stickers or printing.
Do you take wholesale orders?
At this time I do not take orders for wholesale, however if you'd like to place an order in the future please fill out my contact form.
Pins
Are all of your pins standard grade?
All pins are standard grade unless otherwise specified as B grade/seconds quality
What are B grade pins?
B grade pins have more imperfections than standard grade and are sold at a marked down price.
Some examples of imperfections include overfilled enamel, marks, scuffs, or discoloration. I do my best to accurately portray B grade examples in applicable product listings.
I received a pin with imperfections, what can I do?
Please keep in mind that enamel pins are produced with methods by hand and may have minor imperfections. If you feel that the issue is major please send an email to mendozasmonsters@gmail.com describing the issue and include a photo.
Masks
Do you make custom masks?
I am not open to privately commissioned work. I am open to freelance for studios and companies.
Do you restock masks?
Resin blanks will be restocked in batches after I finish producing sets. Fully painted masks will be restocked infrequently due to the involved nature of hand painting. Updates for upcoming mask restocks will be posted to my Instagram account.
What are your masks made of?
All masks are made of cast polyurethane resin. It is a strong plastic that captures detail and allows the final pieces to be lightweight.
Can you ship a mask to me before Halloween?
I cannot guarantee the delivery time for orders placed close to Halloween. If you have any concerns you can always contact me to ask when I expect to prepare my next batch of shipments.
Do you share or sell your 3D files?
No.
Shipping
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most items will ship within 3-5 business days. I am a one-man operation so I generally ship out orders in batches on a weekly basis
Do you ship internationally?
Currently I only ship within the United States.
Can you ship my order to a different address?
If your address is incorrect please contact me as soon as possible. I will be unable to cancel your order once it has shipped.
Can you ship my order before a certain date?
I cannot guarantee the delivery of orders before a certain date, so please plan in advance for any necessary deadlines before placing an order. If you have any questions about specific dates feel free to contact me.
Returns, Cancellations, & Exchanges
Do you accept cancellations?
I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. I cannot offer refunds or cancellations on orders that have been shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final.
My order did not arrive, can I get a replacement?
Sticker orders shipped without tracking cannot be replaced.
If a package is returned to me by the USPS, I can resend the shipment after charging an additional shipping fee.
I cannot be held responsible for shipping orders sent to an incorrect address that is provided by the buyer nor can I be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
